On your phone. There is no account, no login and no cloud, and nothing about you or your players is sent anywhere. That also means nobody can recover it for you, so take a backup.

Club, then Export backup. That writes one file with your club, teams, players, coaches, photos and settings in it. On the new phone, install the app and use Import backup on the same screen.

That is deliberate. The app refuses to produce a sheet that breaks a hard rule rather than quietly bending it, and tells you which one. Usually it is a squad tag's on-court cap that cannot be met with the players available, too few available players to fill the court, or so many slots locked that somebody could never get on. Unlock a slot, change the cap, or mark more players available.

Your competition's squad cap is smaller than the number of players available. They show under NOT PLAYING on the Plan screen and under REST OF SQUAD on the Lineup screen. Tap their name on the Plan screen to bring them in and choose who makes way.

Yes. On the Plan screen, tap the card at the top, then Competition rules. Pick a preset (Bee Netball Fliers or Stingers, England Netball junior or domestic, a mixed league) or set quarters or halves, period length, squad cap, substitution model and the rotation rules yourself.

The sheet is rendered on the phone and handed to the normal iOS or Android share sheet as a PDF. If nothing appears, check the app has permission to share and that you have enough free storage. If it still will not, email us and say which phone and which OS version.

Club, then Delete all data. It removes every club, team, player, coach, photo and plan from the phone straight away and cannot be undone. Deleting the app does the same thing.

Please tell us. Netball rules vary more by competition than people outside the sport expect, and a rule the app does not know about is worth hearing before launch rather than after. Email [email protected].
