Last updated 14 September 2026. This policy covers the Netball Team Selector mobile app and this website.

The app

Netball Team Selector does not collect, transmit or store any personal data off your device. There is no account, no login, no analytics and no advertising. Everything you put into the app, your club, teams, players, coaches, photos, competition rules and plans, is written to storage on your own phone and stays there.

We cannot see your data. We have no server that holds it and no way to retrieve it if you lose your phone, which is why the app lets you export a backup file that you control.

The app asks for access to your photo library only when you choose to add a club badge or a player photo, and only reads the image you pick. It never uploads it.

When you share a team sheet or a rotation sheet, your phone's own share sheet does the sending, to whoever you choose. Nothing passes through us.

Deleting the app deletes everything it holds. Club, then Delete all data, does the same without removing the app.

This website

The site is static and sets no cookies. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention, under Cloudflare's own policy.

If you email us, we keep the email so we can reply and so we can remember the conversation if you write again.

Children

The app is for coaches, not players. Coaches enter player names, and may add photos and ratings, on their own device for their own use. That information is never transmitted to us or anyone else. If you are a coach entering details about children, you should follow your club's and your league's own safeguarding and data protection guidance about what you record and who can see your phone.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data from the app, there is nothing for us to give you a copy of, correct or erase. For emails you have sent us, you can ask us to delete what we hold at any time by emailing [email protected], and we will.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change ever meant we started collecting something, we would say so plainly here and in the app's release notes.
